›I do not know the cemetery's name. Can I still order?

Yes. Choose the province and district and write the name you know. We record it, our team verifies it, and your order continues.

›When does my payment reach the provider?

You have 72 hours to review after the report arrives. On approval, or when the period ends, the amount moves to the provider. If you reject it, a dispute review starts.

›Do you also build and repair graves?

Not yet. Construction, repair and marble work require municipal authorisation and a per-job permit. We keep this category closed until document checks are complete.

›Is information about the deceased public?

No. They are visible only to the person who registered the grave and the family members they share it with. They never appear in search results or public pages.

›Do packages renew automatically?

No. A package is a single payment and simply ends when its term is over. We send a reminder before it ends; you can buy it again if you wish.
