Allocation and right of use
In most provinces the metropolitan municipality's cemeteries department allocates plots. The right of use may be time-limited; extension depends on the holder's application.
What care does not cover
Construction, repair, marble replacement and transfer require municipal permission and an authorised craftsman. Sessiz Bahçe keeps these categories closed until document checks are complete; care services are independent of those permits.
