What to look for when choosing a grave care provider

Four criteria

Date-stamped before and after photos showing the work; location verification showing the right grave was found; sight of the provider's identity and tax documents; and payment withheld until you approve.

If something goes wrong

You should have 72 hours to review after the report arrives. If you object within that window, the amount should not move to the provider and a review should begin.
